Loss in transit of items posted is not the responsibility of the maker and must be insured against by the buyer.

Insurance for shipping within UK and internationally must be requested at time of purchase and is paid for by the buyer

The time frame within UK will be minimum 5 days maximum 14 days 

The cost of shipping is additional to the sale price and is paid for by the buyer.

Shipping cost is according to size and weight 

The maker is not responsible for potential service interruptions due to strikes or other such circumstance.
